A: No, product options like color or size are not selected online. Once you place your order, our team will contact you to confirm the exact details based on availability.
Q: Are all items available?
A: Yes, if it’s listed on our site, it’s available — but availability for specific sizes or colors will be confirmed during our call.

Q: Do you deliver across Kenya?
A: Yes! We deliver to all major towns and cities in Kenya.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: In most cases:
- Nairobi & surrounding areas: Same day or next day delivery.
- Other towns: 2–4 working days depending on distance.
Q: Is delivery free?
A: Delivery fees depend on your location and will be communicated during the confirmation call.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
A: Yes, 100% of our orders are Cash on Delivery. Pay only when your item is brought to your doorstep by our rider.

Q: What happens after I place an order?
A: After you submit your order with your contact details, our support team will call you to:
- Confirm the product details (color, size, etc.)
- Confirm your location and delivery time
- Answer any other questions you may have
Only after this call is the order scheduled for delivery.
🔄 Returns & Issues
Q: Can I return or reject the product upon delivery?
A: Yes. If the item is damaged or not as discussed, you can return it immediately with the rider — no payment will be required.
Q: What if I’m not available when the rider comes?
A: We’ll always call before delivery to agree on the best time. If you’re unavailable, we’ll reschedule at your convenience.
